1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Quizzelo, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Quizzelo is a learning and personal-finance platform that provides personalised learning, brain training, and financial planning tools. Features include interactive quizzes with ELO rating, flashcards, financial calculators, brain games (reaction time, number memory, sequence memory), daily games (Connections, Higher/Lower), an AI study pack generator that turns your own source text into flashcards or quiz questions, an AI chat assistant that discusses quiz questions with you, and a paid subscription tier (Plus) that unlocks the ELO rating with adaptive difficulty and higher usage limits on the AI features (AI question explanations and the AI study pack generator), described further in Section 3.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Quizzelo offers a free Basic plan and a paid Plus plan, available on monthly and annual billing cycles. Paid plan payments and subscription billing are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on a self-service basis through the billing portal linked from your subscription settings; access to paid features continues until the end of the then-current billing period.

4. User Data

An account (email and password, or Google sign-in) is required to use Quizzelo. Your quiz progress, flashcards, ELO ratings, and subscription/billing status are stored on our servers and linked to your account. Financial calculator inputs are processed client-side and never sent to a server. You can permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time from your profile settings; doing so also cancels any active paid subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform. Automated access is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and design are owned by Quizzelo and protected by copyright law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quizzelo is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
